We'd look at the roles you're choosing, how you're applying, and any materials you share. Your plan would explain where the search appears to be breaking down, what supports that assessment, and what we still can't tell.
For example: your experience may fit the roles, but the relevant work is buried in your resume. That calls for a different first step than changing careers or sending more applications.
02 · A detailed plan for all 30 daysWhat to do each week, in an order that makes sense.
If unclear experience were the main issue, your month could look like this:
- Week 1: Choose the target. Compare three relevant job descriptions. List the recurring requirements and the experience you can show for each. Finish with one role type to focus on.
- Week 2: Make the fit easier to see. Bring your most relevant work to the top of your resume. Replace vague duties with specific examples you can back up.
- Week 3: Try the revised approach. Apply to a manageable set of suitable roles. Record the role, date, resume version, and response so you're comparing like with like.
- Week 4: Review and decide. Follow up where appropriate and review the replies. Decide what to keep, what to change, and what needs more time.
Your actions would reflect the time you have, your experience, and the problem we find—not a fixed application quota.

04 · How to tell what's changingOne progress measure and a decision at day 30.
For this example, you'd track how many suitable applications lead to an interview—not just how many you send.
At day 30, your plan would help you interpret the result: keep an approach that's getting relevant replies; check role fit and how your experience comes across if it isn't; allow more time when there aren't enough responses to judge. A quiet week alone doesn't prove the approach failed.
