Refund Policy (Digitally Delivered Products & Services)
- Guides and templates may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase, provided the request is made in good faith and complies with applicable platform policies.
- Audits, resume reviews, and professional rewrites are final once the completed work has been delivered by Ryze Guides.
Ryze Guides reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny refund requests involving misuse, excessive downloading, or clear evidence of abuse.
4. Services & Bookings
Certain services, including coaching and package-based offerings, may include scheduling or booking components and may be paid for in advance through a scheduling platform or other electronic means.
Final Sale Policy (Services)
- Coaching services are final once the scheduled appointment has begun.
- Package-based services that include audits or reviews follow the finality rules outlined in Section 3 once deliverables are provided.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling must occur within the timeframe specified at booking, but must be done no less than four hours prior to our scheduled appointment.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, guides, videos, logos, branding, and proprietary frameworks, is the intellectual property of Ryze Guides and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchased products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
